Similarly to the "Token Asian," most fraternities have their token "Black Man." On some superficial levels, the "Black Man" has assimilated to the stereotypes of his white frat brother: wearing polo collared shirts, drinking from kegs rather than his natural 40 oz. bottle, and often dating and fornicating with Sorority Girls. His frat identity is highly dependent on the fact that he's black - and he is therefore the unquestionable authority on hip hop music and black culture.

However, it has been recently brought to light that the "Black Man" is not a member of the fraternity for the same reasons as his white brothers. Due to key testimony from an ex-"Black Man," it has been discovered that the "Black Man" has infiltrated the fraternity under the guise of racial solidarity, when in fact his real intent is winning the friendship and respect of the white population, only to later revolt and takeover in the bloody Race Wars of the near future, whereby overthrowing "The Man."
