Every chapter has at least one "Susie Sisterhood," who in most circumstances is readily identifiable by the fact she wears her letters almost every day and usually coordinates her outfits to reflect the colors of her sorority. The female counterpart to Johnny Frat Guy, she defends the integrity and reputation of her sorority at all costs.

"Susie Sisterhood" takes an extremely active role in the well being of her chapter and often holds an officer position. From "Susie's" perspective, rush is considered a national holiday which should be observed with utmost respect. Given her enthusiasm, she often loses her voice due to excessive cheering and screaming of pro-sorority propaganda. During rush, she makes clear her utter disgust for rival sororities - often spreading rumors and particpating in smear campaigns, while at the same time preaching the joys of sisterhood to any prospective member who will listen.

Ultimately, "Susie Sisterhood" places the livelihood of her sorority above all else - her schoolwork, boyfriend, family and even her own mental health.
